We would request you to please ask one question at a time. The answer to your first question is as follows:
 
The procedure to calculate the mean of the data, when the class size is different, is just the same as when the class size are the same.
 
Its just that when you use step-deviation method, whatever h you may take, the value of di and ui will not be symmetrical.
