1. At every instant there is just one point of contact between the body and the plane and this point has no motion relative to the plane. in this ideal situation the kinetic or static friction is zero. how?

Static friction is a force which resists the lateral movement of two objects which are touching each other. But, in ideal situation , there is no irregularities between the surfaces so the static friction is zero.
Kinetic (or dynamic) friction occurs when two objects are moving relative to each other and rub together (like a sled on the ground). Since , there is no motion relative to plane by the body so kinetic friction as well is zero.
