Get organised!
1. Attend class, regularly: As science and maths concepts get more complex, you can't afford to bunk school. Every period missed will lead to more confusion in the chapters covered in that time (akin to the links in a jigsaw puzzle)!
Topper edge: Don't miss watching a single video on Topperlearning.com. The course curriculum of Topperlearning.com videos follows the same order of chapters in your NCERT books So, plan your studies, such that you watch the respective video episodes after your teacher covers the corresponding concept or chapter at school.
2. Review concepts at regular intervals: Your syllabus in Class IX is a little more detailed than that of Class VIII. So, do revise your concepts periodically, so that you are not stressed before a unit or term test at school.
Topper edge: Revise quickly and whenever you like by taking online tests at the topic/ episode level and chapter level. And you can take them more than once, which means more practice!
3. Clear ALL doubts: Clarifying fundamental concepts in Units of Mechanics, Waves, Nature, Properties & Kinds of Matter, Cells & tissues, Ways of Animal & Plant classification of Science & Units of Algebra, Mensuration, Geometry, and Statistics & Probability in maths is of utmost importance in Class IX. So, make asking questions a habit. Do NOT let them accumulate!
Topper edge: Confused? Post your doubts anytime to the subjects experts on Topperlearning.com, and get your answers within three working days!
