CBSE to help students appearing for board exams de-stress

February onwards, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will go all out to help students appearing for board exams. In an attempt to help students overcome exam-related stress, the CBSE will provide counselling through telephone and newspapers. Apart from that, their experts will also be available for guidance through the Internet.

The exams for class 10 students will begin on March 1 and end on March 28. Exams for class 12 students will begin on March 1 and end on April 16.

Counselling will commence from February 1 and will continue till April 22. Class 10th and 12th students can reach out to the CBSE helpline at 1800-11-8004, a statement from the board stated.

For online advice, students can contact counselling.cecbse@gmail.com and sugandh.cbse@gmail.com. For the seventh year, the CBSE has arranged counselling for differently-abled children to take care of the needs of special children, the statement added.
